Serveis Tècnics Marbatec is a surveyors firm founded in 1997 by Eloi Barreiro and Guillermo Martín, both trained at the Escuela Politecnica Universitaria de Barcelona, who offers its services in all sectors of topographical exploration.

We work out of Barcelona and we customarily cover the area in and around Catalonia, but we are also frequently hired to carry out surveying outside of Catalonia.

Our main area of expertise consists of three major fields of operation:

1. Topological survey. We draw up topographical maps of building plots construction sites, large-scale projects allocated by engineers, public institutions and individuals.
2. Management and modification of building projects. Execution of all kinds of jobs habitually required in all building projects regarding revision of alignments, walls, pillars, land shifts, technical supervision of construction.
3. Real-time monitoring of building structures. Using “Trimble” High Precision Total Stations and “Survey Controller” software we carry out remote continuous monitoring of possible movements and/or deformations on large building projects, like dams, viaducts, big walls, tunnels, detecting and informing in real-time by SMS and Internet of possible anomalies.
   

In accordance with these three fundamental branches we adjust our methodology to each particular challenge in order to offer the most suitable and efficient service.
